I wasnt a Bruins fan back in the 70's.. I was going to New Haven Nighthawks (AHL) and Hartford Whalers (WHL) games back then

I was just razzing you guys anyway.. Tough times for the Blues back then. We shouldn't have been in the Cup finals to begin with. We were new to the league and that was the format. We had the "privilege" of drawing the Bruins twice IIRC.. One of the games was the infamous shot by Booby Orr off his feet.

I can see that Rhody. It's a bit different for me around here. I wear a cap all the time, and just have to deal with a few Bear and Cowboy fans, not a ton of Cheatriot fans.. You and Boston hang tough as I know you two will.

Bruins... Ahh the memories.. Phil Esposito, Bobby Orr, Derek Sanderson, Gerry Cheevers, and etc. Another new England team I hated in the early 70's.

Just a tick before my time. I became a Bruins fan because of Terry O'Reilly in the late 70's, like 79. Sucks I never got to see Orr play.

Funny as a kid I always liked the Blues uniforms. Always rooted for them but only because of the uni's lol
