Might come with baggage. But hell, we need someone who cares about how well they perform. He might be too expensive.

What baggage, that's some media generated nonsense bs. Antiono Brown shouldn't let himself be bullied by the Steeler's regime. Let him go, see what happen's to the Steeler's, they'll be garbage.

Jeffrey would be my number 1 choice , young qb needs a big reciever to throw it up to and he would be a huge help in the red zone. I think he's an upgrade to Britt and would not cost the team much more. Austin will play better and I bet Mcvay can't wait to use him in this offense. After that cooper and hopefully spruce can play slot, Mike williams as a back up wr. We need to cut loose britt and quick .

Nah. That is the Steelers MO. Did they turn to garbage after letting Burris walk? Mike Wallace?

The Rams have for the last 8 or 9 years at least tried beefing up the OL and WR positions. While improvements in either area (or both) are welcome, I think I would rather have a good OL. Give Jared time to throw and the catches will be made. He will also remain upright, uninjured and not shell shocked like Mark Bulger became. I just wish we had more draft picks in the first 3 or 4 rounds.

I don't think that McVay can really improve Tavon Austin's ability to CATCH the football:(.

On any contested balls involving TA ....will be a Fail Completion:mad:. Even passes thrown to him while being wide open is iffy @ best if its a catch:censored:.

Myself I would just hope that Snead & McVay can locate & sign several good very solid veteran ball catchers in Free Agency. I could care less if they are not classified as NO#1 types wide outs:huh:.
I agree 100% with you on TA. Over 40 Million dollars! :palm:

Jeffery is going to cost a lot more then Britt you can have Britt for 6-7 million per yr Jeffrey is going to want 13-16 at least no way he takes less then Austin. Resign Britt and draft a guy

You gotta keep Britt. He is going to be much cheaper then Jeffery and if McVay is everything we hope for this offense there is no reason way Britt can't crack 80 receptions 1400 yards and 10 touchdowns. Whether it's Goff or Mannion throwing him the ball..

From NFL.com

Kenny Britt averaged 2.35 yards of separation but was one of the 10 best receivers in tight coverage. Britt is a free agent this offseason and should command starter's money for an excellent 2016 season despite league-worst quarterback play.

Wait what? I thought we retired the #1 WR position after these two left?

Nope. It's time to splurge on the OL while signing two productive WRs. We don't need a #1 WR, though. That's a luxury.

Who's the Patriots #1 receiver?

I'd rather put money in the offensive line to benefit Goff and Gurley, as well as plug a few holes on defense-- most notably outside linebacker and cornerback.

Austin, Cooper, Spruce, Thomas, Higbee, Kendricks... add a guy like Garcon and I'd be good with that.

I don't think the market is as high on Jeffrey as it was last year , he has been hurt and I think even if he asks for more he is alot better than britt. Britt makes plays but drops alot too. I would not draft a wr we have enough projects on this team and need an established number 1 , I keep britt instead of drafting another wr.
