Byron Young is a monster in the making. He's got all the athleticism to be elite. He simply needs to develop his technique, especially his hand play and counters. IMO by 2025 he will be a player defenses fear coming off the edge.
I think we hit the jackpot on this guy. Has all the makings of a future Pro-Bowler and once we can line someone opposite of him he could be become a true game-wrecker.

Young is already on a better trajectory than Robert Quinn was. Quinn had 5, 10.5 and 19 sacks his first 3 years. Speaking of Quinn. Is he planning on playing again? He's 33. I wonder if he could be one of those 3rd down pass rush specialists that still has a couple years left? He's still available.
We can only hope that this little taste of a good McSnead draft has them salivating at the thought of actual 1st and 2nd round picks.
