So, being a season tix holder I have NFL gamepass. Signed up last week no prob, everything worked and I was able to watch past games. I signed up because I am in Mexico this weekend. So, testing things tonight and it doesn't recognize my account/eligibility like last week. Seems like because I'm in Mexico. This absolutely sucks seeing I have no other way to watch. I know it's a long shot but does anyone have any knowledge/solution of this issue?? Thanks...

Not sure about Mexico, but I know when I spoof my IP as EUrope when I go to Gamepass site, it logs me in to their site where my US Gamepass account doesn’t work.

I do it from EU Gamepass so I can watch games live instead of waiting for them to end.

Maybe use a VPN tool and set it to a server in US, then go to Gamepass site and you’ll log in fine?

So here's what I think the issue is, GamePass has live games in foreign countries and only allows past games in the United States. If you have an international account that allows you to watch live games, it won't recognize you if your wifi shows you're in the United States. My guess is that the opposite is true for United States accounts if you're in a foreign country. Using a U.S. VPN would likely solve the problem, but you won't be able to watch the game live.

What they said^^. As Jrry stated, you won't be able to watch the game live even if you use a VPN. I strongly recommend downloading Dofu and using that. It has worked for me the past two years without issue.

The NFL hired a company to make changes to GamePass so people couldn’t use VPNs to watch live. All the company did was fuck it up for me. It won’t even work the way it is supposed to on my TV.

OK!! I think you guys have hooked me up!! I downloaded a monthly VPN and selected the US and now I'm able to watch past games! So as long as nothing changes I should probably be good to watch the game as soon as the live broadcast is complete! Can't thank you guys enough!!!!!

Stoopid question.... why not just get rid of the VPN and then it will return to "Normal" mode?? I mean then you can watch after the broadcast as game pass is intended.

It still works fine for me.

I have the gamepass international and connect my vpn thru India.

I don’t have a single issue outside of occasional buffer.

The two GamePasses are run by two different companies I think, so the accounts wouldn't translate.

It still works for me using the VPN. I don't know why the NFL would seriously want to solve the problem. It's more money for them. I expect DirecTV gets angry, so I would just make it LOOK like I'm doing something while not trying to seriously stop people lol.
