I expect left overs to be a large portion of this menu.

That may be fitting.

We need to EAT these niners left overs.

We were out schemed and out played in the first matchup this season.

For Thanksgiving we went non-traditional food. We could not help it. . .

We made a ham the next day.

I've been planning for weeks to make Chic - fil - A style nuggets.

Not necessarily for the game but to take to work the next day and share.

Scattered Thoughts.

Go Rams.

What's on your menu?

I love this thread!

I am doing more local sausages on the grill! Weather is decent, sunny and 43. Plus have an interesting spicy mustard to try with them.

For side dish... I am making those potatoes you get at Cracker Barrel. I can eat these potato leftovers with another meal too.

They serve these for breakfast... For a non breakfast texture, you can use hashbrown patties and the potatoes in those are finely diced as opposed to shredded. Just a different texture, but you might find that more “right” for dinner side dish. That’s what I will do for these.

CRACKER BARREL POTATO CASSEROLE
32 ounces frozen shredded hash browns - defrosted
½ cup melted butter
1 10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup (or cream of cheddar)
1 pint sour cream
½ cup onion finely chopped
2 cups colby cheese grated
¼ teaspoon pepper

350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (set aside ½ cup of cheese for topping)
Grease 9×13 casserole dish, add mixture, and top cheese
Bake for 45-55 minutes

Doing chicken and stuffing sandwiches today with potato wedges and maybe a nice salad. Not that exciting but very tasty.

No poultry today. Thinking about some italian sausage from a local deli, and red sauce over linguine.
CGI, what would you think about a little chopped up bacon in the potato mix? Mmmmmm.

Leftovers from the Gods.

Turkey sandwiches made from my fried turkeys. I add fresh fried bacon, tomato, lettuce, banana pepper rings, honey mustard, mayo, and Swiss cheese... on toasted bread.

Lobster mac. I made a ton... it's great leftover.

And leftover garlic mashed potatoes too.

Cranberry apple bake.

And some black beans.

I'll make a separate meals out of each of these as the day rolls on.

The condiment of the Day needs to be Sriracha sauce . Spice up SF style.

The Niners are a week SF franchise.

Add A-1 with a least a squirt of Sriracha sauce over both just to kick the rivalry up a Notch!

The beef up front is going to be a big part of this game. A Robinson showing I’m hoping for.

I'm probably going to have leftovers and - if I'm lucky - pecan pie.

I went to the store to get a Top Round Roast for roast beef today, but they were all cut down to London broil steaks.
So I went for the rib roast instead. I got a choice grade roast for about $35. Not bad.

Going to pair it with leftover mashed potatoes, leftover dressing and roast some asparagus.
For snacks. Smoked salmon deviled eggs

I made a lasagna yesterday... So that. I got all hammered last night and made the mistake of eating clown food around noon. Ugh....
