I almost hate to admit it... but I got chilli going again.

Two reasons... 1. We have found a source of awesome local beef and going beef crazy right now on stuff... 2. We have a spread of Chinese food coming in a couple of hours and will have leftovers of that to mix in my day.

I eat all day long on football days... and I eat like a tailgate party... a mashup of whatever sounds good. :horns:

I also got some leftover chili for the kids... And considering how cold it is here way up in Quebec i'll be making a hearty beef stew in the crock pot and have a good fire going while we watch the game

Chicken Fricasse. I got time so...

I cut up a whole chicken, let it sit in Mojo for at least a day,you can add spices like Adobo Garlic etc etc but it's just easier doing the Mojo.

I cook the chicken slowly, so it comes off the bone easily while adding bullion chicken cubes or organic chicken broth.

While also adding carrots, potatoes, onions and Spanish olives.

Then I put it on top Basmati Rice. Yum yum lol.

Not to make y'all jealous but I'm going to be having a delicious, gourmet, ham and cheese sandwich or two, OR might spice it up and have a peanut butter and jelly sammich while I'm in the corn field for the game.

Hell lost my Father to Nam, we lived in the hood, and didn't have much money.

My Mom use to cook same dish almost every night in the late 60s and early 70s.

It's amazing how eating a simple dish like that always brings back memories and is so simple, but yet so satisfying.

For those talking tomato soup. I have a super easy recipe that is just delectable.

I use 1 quart of home jarred tomatoes, 1/2 a white onion, and half a cube of butter. I'll add a bit of water just to let it all cook together longer.

Chop the onion but don't worry about doing too much chopping. Throw it in a pot with butter and let it cook until the onion becomes a bit fragrant. Add the tomatoes and a little water and cook down for 30 minutes to an hour on a simmer. Stirring occasionally.

Throw it all in a blender and blend it down to your desired consistency.

Probably will have cake. Or leftover candy. Because I can.

For real, I have no idea, but that's what I'm hoping.

I got a few of these. These are made close to us @Liberator

I need to visit this micro brewery... but suspect it’s really small as I cannot even find the beer “stats” online for this one. Even their site, nothing, lol.

Taste is exceptional. Label on the can is bitch’n!
