I truly don't mean to encroach but this is one of my favorite forums that pops up each week.

We had the opportunity to pick up kits to make these great hot dogs. . . J-Dawgs

A chocolate muffin from Sam's is what I'll have tomorrow. I already had one and a golden delicious apple today. Not sure what's for lunch.

I think this is a good thread to post early! :fistbump:

Please feel free to start any thread. We have some repeat things we do each week, but it’s just for organizing.

This is a good one to get going any time! When the inspiration hits you... DO IT!

Its one of my favorites too...

Yea what's on it? Maybe i'll take all the ideas here and choose the one that makes my mouth water the most!

Got the Bourbon chicken from CGI last week, need to get it approved by Congress (i.e. the Wife) still.

She don't let me take over in the kitchen much so I just request stuff. I'm always on grill duty however, whenever she dials it up.

I am a BIG fan of variations of “common food“, so this is right up my alley. (y)

Simple hot dog, done different.

I think that’s why I enjoy soups and chilli’s so much. They sound the same but can be VERY different. Similar to pizza.

I know we can say that about a lot of food, I’m speaking more to the category.

I made chilli today. So, 2nd pot of the season (did opening day as well)...

This one has some local beef (which I grilled burgers from yesterday and was amazing)... and I’m trying a new spice combination. This one includes a little cocoa.

Cooking beef 7am in the morning always feels weird.

Some nice Grilled Chicken today with asparagus of course and it doesn't happen often, but I will pair it with a White Wine with poultry a nice Justin Sauvignon Blanc from California.

One of these days I have to partake in this famous chili of yours.

That right there is spot on. They have a concession at Utah Jazz games and that's where I fell in love with these dogs.

Now they have a food truck that you'll see every now and again that they sell kits to make them at home. Dogs, buns, toppings (onion, pickle, kraut, banana peppers, and the special sauce).

The spiral cut really makes the flavor of the all beef dog or polish sausage stand out with all the other flavors.

The wife and I were out late at our friend's house last night. It started out as day drinking and it turned into night drinking too. We had to Uber home LOL.

So I sent the wife down to our local Jewish Deli a few minutes ago to pick up some recovery food. I just ate one of their grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon and tomato added on. Also had some mini potato pancakes dipped into some sour cream and apple sauce.

So... in about an hour... I'll be ready to start day drinking again.

Not sure what we'll eat later. It's supposed to rain all day here today... so I'll probably order something from somewhere. Something fatty will probably be my choice.

Lunch will be some turkey nachos. Dinner will be grilled tri tip. I have my standard seasoning but will try it with some bbq sauce kicked up to the next level with apple cider vinegar brown sugar and garlic

Just some cold cut sandwiches, it's still 103 here in Phoenix, not in the mood for anything hot
