Offensive player of the (half) season: Brian Quick, no contest. He's been half our offense, and it doesn't surprise me that the games where we got away from him in the receiving column are losses.
Defensive player of the (half) season: Aaron Donald, another no contest. None of our other defensive players have been nearly as disruptive or fierce as him. If he doesn't win DROTY it'll be a damn robbery.
Special teams player of the (half) season: Johnny Hekker, as always the Handsome Ginger never fails to provide spark on our special team. If Stedman does something else though I'll have to give it to him.
Offensive rookie of the (half) season: Sorry Tre, I love you dude I really do but it has to go to GRob. Minute he stepped it there was an immediate and noticeable difference on the left side of the field. DEs and DTs beware, he'll put you on your ass if you're not careful
Defensive rookie of the (half) season: Aaron Donald, no brainer here.
Surprise player of the (half) season: Tie between Davis, Gaines and Quick.
Worst player of the (half) season: Scott Wells, been a turnstile since the minute he started out til the moment he hit the bench from injury. Has been a liability for so long he has to get the nod over Joseph. We knew what Joseph was, a stop gap til Robinson was ready. Wells has no excuse for how awful he is.
