With as bad as Goff looked last year, I'd be happy with a stat line like that and a completion percentage in the 60s. I think it's a fantasy to expect more (a fantasy I like, mind you!). I don't see Goff being on the way to being an above average or even elite - GASP! - QB without a year like this in between.
