Counter argument: Whenever one asks for trouble, one ALWAYS gets more than they asked.

"Future me" might wake up with a headache or pulled muscle... or the battery in the car could be dead...or any of many thousand things could happen.

Supporting "future me" is a way of loving yourself.

My kids use my car almost daily. And, they never pay for anything. So, anytime I have 3 miles of gas left and 4 miles to get home, I don't get gas, forcing my kids to pay for some!

This happens weekly, cause none of us will fill it up! I always just do $10 worth...
