Last night on ESPN, Prior to the game, on the pre game show. During their pick segment, Prior to making his pick Steve Young said " I not sure, I thought I'd seen everything in Football, then yesterday the Rams scored 52 points"....Then he made his pick. I don't know if this was supposed to be a compliment or a dis, but it sure didn't sound like a comp they way he through it out their real quick!! Maybe I'm wrong. Did anyone else catch this!?!:unsure:

It was a dis but who cares? The Rams have been irrelevant for a decade- and for good reason. You have to earn respect.

I expect a little more respect going into next year but still not a lot because we still have to prove that we found a QB that can get the offense going on a consistent basis. Once we've shown that we have a consistent QB and offense to go along with our ascending defense, we'll get a lot of respect. Even from ESPN.

My only comment would be: Did anybody here expect the Rams to drop 52 on the Faders and shut them out ??? I was just as stunned as he was, but I agree that he should keep the snarky comments to himself..I'm not sure who is the bigger Whiner homer, him or Berman !!
