IMO he did pretty good yesterday. As I have said many times, I am not an X's and O's type of football fan but I try to focus on each player several plays in a row.

Went looking for this play after I saw it happen because I couldnt believe what I saw. Watch Barnes man handle Mebane

Man was Saffold slow off the line on that play! Did he screw up the snap count??

Havenstein shoves his guy 3 feet too. Imagine if it were Gurley plowing through #50's arm tackle, next stop: End Zone

No kidding, if anybody ever asked me what the opposite of a false start is I'll show them that. Was he thinking about what he was going to have for dinner?

@RhodyRams I remember this play...I think...he had his ups & downs...not as bad as the rushing stats would imply...He has nowhere to go but up...

Heh that's Seattle's own counter lead play, funny the Rams used it against them. Saffold is eesh, the only alternate explanation I can think of other than him just brain farting is maybe he got confused by the line calls. Seems weird that Havenstein or Saffold isn't on the LB so something was messed up.

I don't remember the play, I'll relay it when I eventually watch the game again, but there was a play that Havenstein absolutely blew Bennett off the line. I noticed it right away because Bennett had been killing all day. But Rob just BLEW out of his stance and knocked Bennett way back!

Doesn't really matter which way he wanted to go, Barnes bench pressed him all the way out of the play...

Mebane went exactly where the play design wanted him to go and Barnes did his job...Not getting too excited, but he DID do his job..That's all any of the O linemen has to do...Shouldn't be taken for granted though...

Beautiful use of leverage! Got under the pads and just launched him out of the play!
I hope that Mebrane wants to have that happen every time we play them.;)

Considering the way Scott Wells played the last couple of seasons, I'm getting excited...Tim Barnes...Manning the Middle!
