JMO McGinnis is shorted on respect ,he was good enough to be hired to work miracles for a shitty Cardinal org. that hired SEVERAL damned good head coaches before they hired the guy they have now and actually gave him what he needed.
Conjuring how many contend Spags was hosed to some degree McGinness is much the same, never got another HC shot but IMO deserved one.
