I have NFL Sunday Ticket, but I was unable to watch the RAMS game so I recorded it, along with the Cardinals-Cowboys game. When I went to watch the game, it said I had to pay $49.99 to watch the game. I called DirecTV and they told me there was a problem, and if I got charged they would provide the credit. I asked why it even happened when I have already paid for the service and she could provide no reason. I am getting more and more disgusted with their lack of service. Anyone else have the same problem?

You're going to find major issues with any TV provider. IMHO, F em all!!

Had the same prob. Had to deal with the small "do you want to purchase" screen in the right corner. I got to see the game so I don't care.

From what the guy that came to install my DirecTv told me...this should result in you getting at least a year free of Sunday ticket....apparently Directv takes this kind of problem very seriously since they have a monopoly on the NFL....at least that's what this guy told me...so if i were you...Id complain my ass off

They use to have great Customer Service. Now... It's really lacking.. Just another example of corporate profits.
