That first play with Kupp is him executing a role we've seen the TEs do a million times. Always felt like Kupp is a mini-TE and his block there shows his run game versatility. IMO that is a standard 12 set run play using Kupp in a TE role. It's interesting too because if they run that out of 11 sets you get a defensive set on the other side that is lighter in the pants based on the Rams' 11 personnel.

Also with Higs being dinged up and Everett not exactly stepping up I think Benoit might be on to something there. Kupp could potentially start stepping in at TE for us basically.

Also irt the second play of the Bears' offense... The Rams are lined up in their base quarters but IMO that's a two-read there on the bottom. In that type of read the CB lined up close to the LOS will pass off the longer route (generally the guy who goes 5+ yards) which he does there.

What is interesting is Ramsey sitting on the out. That's scheme prep by Staley right there which at this point is no surprise.

Staley's probably gonna get his shit pushed in a bit by the Seahawks. But this dude is for real IMO.
