Yea given the age that QBs play to, it'll be a while before anyone not named Mahomes in the AFC is better than Wilson. And Rodgers just won MVP, Brady Super Bowl MVP, and Stafford will show some things this year.

Baker is Goff 2.0

Mahomes, Allen and Jackson are the only great QBs over there. Baker had a record breaking rookie QB season and then really hasnt progressed much - so it's not guarantee that Herbert will be anything.

I'm just relieved the Rams acquired a seasoned NFL QB that is still in his prime.

I can't deny the younger dynamic QB's in the AFC are stacked and loaded with talent.

The difference between QB talent in the AFC vs NFC can change every other season.

Even before Staff became a Ram, I would've preferred him over most of the younger stud AFC QB's.

The Rams pulled off one of their greatest trades in their history since the McVay era began.

I don't give Stafford a mulligan for his failures in Detroit.

I simply give him a clean slate and expect him blow past all of the young AFC and NFC QB's put in front of him.

I'm gonna disagree with the "proven" part of that. Statement. Unless "proven" means "Has one good season so far". But yes, the AFC has more hyped young QBs. Mostly from being categorically worse at the bottom over the past handful of years.
