Funny.... I just watched the game (recorded) I worked today. In the aftermath of the victory what I found was truly disturbing. On the major media sites what did I find with regards to headlines to the game?? Very little. Our boys just put up 51 points... and ...nada. All about the Eagles and Aints. If these dick smokers keep dismissing us.... it will be a brutal mistake.

Glad to see Quick make some plays for the Skins. He seemed like a good kid, physically talented, but lost in Fisher's offense. Maybe Gruden can get him and Doctson to really play up to their ability.

Considering Fisher's offense was like a fog-filled house of mirrors... I think in retrospect, we can give anyoen and everyone a pass for not doing well.

I mean, look at Case Keenum, fer cryin' out loud. He may not be a top 10 QB, but in a coherent system, he can play.

And the list of guys still here that show night and day differences is too long to list.

I want them to keep dismissing us.

People will keep thinking we aren't as fast as we really are, not as creative as we really are, not as tough as we really are and catching teams when they're down or having a bad day.

And then we stomp them and move on.

They looked underwhelming against the Redskins. While they did acquire an LT that can give Wilson protection, their coaching staff parallels to Jeff Fisher in terms of stubbornness, refusal to adapt, and questionable coaching on offense; I can only hope Carroll doesn't fire Bevell and Cable as those two are the weak link to their team.

I'll be more worried about the Seahawks going forward if they have a draft like we did where 5 of their 7 picks are OL.

I don't see that happening, but if they went all in on fixing that OL, they'd be more of a worry going forward.

And I'll say this til the cows come home. As much as I can't stand Pete Carroll, I think his tackling technique should be MANDATORY around the league and taught to college/HS/Pop Warner coaches as well.

Not that the Seahawks use it every time (one lineman put his helmet on Cousin's facemask and got flagged), but the tackling technique could really help save this league (and it's better than hitting which, if you watch the highlights this week in particular, guys are bouncing off hits)

As for the team, I really hope our Rams not only beat them in Seattle, but lay a beating on them. Just a grind it out BEATING!!!

They've actually been trying more and more to fix the OL. They've spent day 1 and 2 picks on Ifedi, Pocic, Britt, and Odhiambo in addition to trading for Brown and signing Joeckel in FA. Cable just seems to be bad at evaluating talent (and doing his job).

In that case, I'm glad they're as bad at drafting OL as we were at drafting WRs (although Bailey woulda been dynamite in this O...makes me sad)
