Looks like the Fitzmagic is gone and the Steelers are up 30-10 at halftime.

Rams 3-0
Chefs 3-0
Dolphins 3-0

Of the three, I am most confident that the Rams are the most complete team. Mahomes and the Chiefs Offense are legit, but their defense is giving up so many points, wait until the right team (s) slow down the offense and the opposing offense is just decent? They will lose in that case.

Dolphins? I don't know them You guys tell me, are they pretenders?

There was some crazy stat that said teams that start 3-0 are like 70+% likely to make the playoffs.

Fitzie nearly got them back in it.

That holding call on the DJ return was so ticky-tack and it changed the game.

That said, I think we’re the most complete team, but we’ll see how we adjust.

I love our team right now so much.

Yeah the refs stole that win from Tampa Bay. It's not good for NFL business for the Steelers to be 0-2-1.

i don't get refs. remember when james harrison returned that interception 100 yards for a td in the superbowl, i saw at least three pushes in the back on players trying to tackle him. and nothing . no flags. how else is that slug gonna score from that distance? then they throw flags on ticky tacky calls in regular season games. makes me sick.

The Dophins play the Cheatriots this weekend so they can either put nails in the coffin or breathe life back into them. I watched the Cheatriots against the Lions and they looked old and slow to me.

The Chefs are surrendering 474 yards per game on defense so I"m not so sure KC won't fizzle out eventually.

If the Rams can continue to win and get back Peters and Talib, we'll be in contention for sure.

I read a stat (don't recall where) that teams traveling at least two times zones to the west for Thursday Night football are 0-10 straight up and against the betting line for those in Vegas. The Vi-Queens fit into that category. I hope it holds up.

Big games are sometimes predetermined IMO. Was that the Detroit, one for the thumb, Bettis' last game in his hometown? That one had all the makings of a fix.

the 2nd half of our game Sunday had me questioning why the refs felt so compelled to keep San Diego in the game.

Battle for L.A. ..they need the chargers to be viable ...especially after Spanos nope’d out of SD
They aren’t lthe rams who had a built in fan base already .. they are practically starting from scratch

Even worse, the Rams had a built in fan base, and the Chargers have an angry former fan base just 100 miles away. The Rams actually acquired a former Chargers radio station in San Diego for new Rams fans down there. The Chargers will have to win a Super Bowl to have a chance to gain anything in LA. and I don't see that happening with Phillip Rivers at QB, just because he's getting older now, and past his prime.

The NFL has been doing games in England and Mexico City for a few year now, and are considering moving either expansion or existing teams there. Chargers would be the perfect team for Mexico City. They love American football and always sellout when NFL games are played down there. Rams play Chiefs in Nov, and might be a preview of the next Super-Bowl.

I think the Steelers committed 5 penalties on that return.

Reminds me of the 2000 Rams. That defense is going to catch up to them.

If you think it's fixed why watch? I'm asking in a serious way..........it makes no sense to me.

The fish should have lost to the rai-duhs. They are fools gold.

Fools gold is a good way to describe them.

my nieces boyfriend is a big time (small potatoes tho) gambler, and whenever he loses on a bad beat he insists that the game was fixed..especially the NBA , and I asked him the same thing. Why bet if you think they are fixed.

Exactly. They didn’t need to control the win, just so both teams looked good in the end. They want to keep the San Diego fan base plus L.A. happy. Lots of money riding on this deal.

Not all games are fixed. And it isn’t always the final outcome that is controlled. Keeping things close is enough. Plus if they fix all the games it would be too obvious. But I do believe they tweak things when it suits them, especially when money is concerned. And when a capable owner or franchise is drawing more money or new money then it is best if they succeed.

The Rams look like the 99 Rams
The Chiefs look like the 01 Rams.
