Jay cutler lol

Who should have been a Ram...Regardless of how the career of Jay Cutler went, New Ram Head Coach Scott "Milquetoast" Linehan loved Cutler back in 2006 and had an opportunity to draft him, but LInehan had no Cahoonas and was talked into by DC JIm Haslett that the Rams needed defense so the Rams traded down and drafted the incredible CB Tye Hill, who was like a cheap sweater that shrunk every time you washed it.

Now the reason I post this is, for better or worse I applaud Head Coaches that get their guy, maybe you're wrong, but go after your guys, not somebody else. Granted I did not like Scott Linehan from the outset as he stammered at his press conference and when he addressed the team kept saying the word "Okay" after every statement he made, my God. But the fact that he did not go after the guy he coveted and kowtowing to Jim Haslett showcased that Linehan was not a leader and thus the Rams were doomed under his short regime.

One thing that sticks out in my mind the most was in Seattle. Instead of taking the 3 points Linehan challenged the spot. He wins the challenge but its still short of the 1st down. To save face for the stupid challenge that took points off the board and woulda given us the lead, he decides to go for it on 4th down. Needless to say we don't get it and we lose a close game. That was the epitome of a coach who had no business calling the shots.

This is not a qb making plays for his team in the clutch according to talking heads. He didn't change direction when running, he had loads of time to get rid of the ball, he didn't even have to break away from a defender. Pfft. He needs to learn to carry the team on him back somehow. Chris Carter told me so.

Best part of this play is the blocking up front. Especially the coordination between Blythe, Sullivan, Gurley, and Havenstein.
I don't know. The throw back across his momentum to sling a dart into a closing window was pretty special. If this was Mahomes, people would be tripping over themselves to use it as an example of his greatness.
