Yeah I didn't like him either 7 year NFL career though...He was better then Drew Bennett, who IMO, was the worst free agent signing in Ram history. So I'm sure I will get a big Hawaiian Punch for communicating Bennett.

I always liked Spoon. He came in, did a good job. Wasn't spectacular, but he always seemed to be around the ball.

Witherspoon was active in west St. Louis country schools, as I understand it. Not sure in what capacity (probably gave his time, or spoke), but he always had a positive reputation I hear.

Was a good player for us. (y)

He didn't suck. Unlike most of our LB's not named Lauranitis during the dark ages.
In fact our LB corps makes me so nervous I'd take a Witherspoon right now.
