What he's doing is crazy. By God he needs to win a Super Bowl though. :startstruck:

He's arguably the best offensive mind in football and an amazing leader. But lets be honest in the biggest game of his life Belicheat gave it to him pretty good. He needs to get back to that game and get the monkey off his back. Then he'll start to be in the conversation for one of the best ever. But man it feels good having an elite HC.

I think all this 50 win hoopla is not necessary when we have so many coaches busting their ass
to achieve their records.

YOU WANNA CELEBRATE A COACH WHO IS GIVING EVERY OUNCE OF ENERGY TO ACCOMPLISH
HIS GOAL AND IS ONLY 2 LOSSES AWAY FROM REACHING THAT MAGICAL PLATEU.

YOU WANT A MAN TO CELEBRATE? YOU CELEBRATE THIS MAN!!

2 LOSSES SHORT OF 70. i KNOW HE HAS HAD THE 30 WINS THAT SLOWED HIM DOWN A BIT.
BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT TO THIS GUY, HE IS POURING EVERY OUNCE OF BLOOD
IN HIS BODY TO REACH THAT 70 LOSS MILESTONE.

COACH I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!

I never understood all the love for Shanahan and his losing record when the better coach has been down south of SF for the past 5 seasons.

Congrats to our resident genius head coach! I may not agree with every move he makes, but more often than not, he's right and I'm not. And that's why he has fifty wins, including a 43 (or is it 44?) straight winning streak on games led by halftime. Honestly, I think he beats the record set by the Packers in the 1920s; our team is that stacked.

He was a second year, 33 year old head coach in the NFL. That is so mind blowing. He's only getting better with more experience.

And not to beat a dead horse, I think the true problem in that game is in Detroit now happily collecting game cheques... lol

Until McVay's team beats Shanahan's consistently, I get it. Even with a broken down roster last year the Rams faltered against them. How they consistently show up against the Rams is frustrating.

I don't know who is responsible for that teams let downs. I guess it depends on who has the most say on draft day. If that is Lynch then he may deserve much of the blame. Also their injury list is always long. They should hire Reggie Scott :hiding:
