stlouisrams.com used to have a PDF on it of an "All Time Roster", listing every Ram ever with numbers.

Unfortunately, it only came sorted by last name, not by number.

Even more unfortunately, I don't think it's there anymore.

I don't think it's easily sortable but profootballreference.com has the numbers for most years back to the late 30's/early 40's.
