This wager is whether Ryan Groy, (2017 RFA of the Buffalo Bills), is on the Rams roster as of 16:00 EST March 24th 2017. It must be confirmed by a reliable news source.
This is NOT whether the Bills match the offer sheet he has signed with the Rams. Potentially the Bills could match the offer and trade him to the Rams. Potentially the Bills could decline only for Groy to fail a medical. The finish time/date for this wager is after the 5 day tender expires and after the 2 roster bonuses become guaranteed on March 21st - so it does allow for the Bills to retain him and then trade him to the Rams after paying the 1st bonus. If Groy leaves the Bills earlier and passes a medical with the Rams before 16:00 EST March 24th 2017 then bets will be settled on that result and as soon after it as is practical, (even if something NFL related later happens to veto/negate the signing before the wager's original end date). This is just covering the all the bases and I expect things will be clear cut 1 way or the other.
Win limits are approximately $4550. This is a fun/novelty wager rather than something that should have a major impact on the ROD's Richest Member list. You can only bet on each possible outcome once. However, you can bet on both outcomes, (to ring-fence profit or loss should the odds change), if that is what you want to do.
Later edit: Following the Bills decision to match the Rams offer the book has re-opened for those wishing to wager on the Rams trading for Ryan Groy. Members are now able to make a 2nd bet on 'Yes' if they wish. The March 24th deadline still applies.
