Other than the Los Angeles Rams the options are by groups of teams.The new NFL season free agency period doesn't begin until 16:00 EST on March 14 so he can't officially sign for any team other than the Rams before then. Bets will be settled A.S.A.P If he officially signs for any team before March 28 2018, 21:00 EST, (as reported by multiple sources ESPN, NFL.com, Spotrac, etc). If he remains unsigned as of the closing time then 'Any other scenario' will be the winning option. Due to the uncertain nature of this wager this Sportsbook will likely close/re-open several times before final settlement. The settlement date for this event is 7 days later than the Kirk Cousins Sportsbook.
