The only thing I remember from that year was the 49er game that spawned the infamous saying "Same Ole Sorry Ass Rams". To this day SOSAR is still an analogy for when things are going bad.

There was another game where Brooks got Gatorade dumped on him, except there was a large block of ice in the jug that brained him.
He was pissed.

Ahh....and speaking of the aforementioned Mr. Brooks, who can ever forget that classic line of "Ditch, Rich!!"

Actually I remember this game fondly nobody gave the Rams a chance in this game having relocated and with a new HC from Oregon back then nobody had really heard of the Oregon Ducks so it's not like the Rams hired the next Bear Bryant from Alabama.

Anyway Goofy Rich Brooks led these cast of castoffs over the Green Bay Packers by a score of 17-14 and I was in a sports bar near the lake house and I recall one guy yelling "WTG Rams." He and I are great friends till this very day.

I detest Rich Brooks. His face betrays the humorless fuck that lies beneath. That bastid traded Bettis, hope he enjoys his 3pm pineapple in hell.

Chris Miller could still sling it and really wasn't bad.....he just would get a concussion shaving in the morning.
