I like everything Witherspoon had to say about Fisher, his staff, and in particular Cortland. I think we need a person like Cortland in the organization.
We have a bunch of guys that "lead by example". SJ, JL, Long, Bradford etc. We need to throw a vocal guy in the mix. Cortland is a proven stud at CB and has a personality our guys can rally around.
