Sooo underrated. I get why people like Jenkins, but TruJo has been flat out better in almost every way possible since they've entered the league imo. Not to mention the difference in maturity levels. I fully understand why the FO prioritized re-signing him over JJ.

Watch these highlights and you will see why I am advocating a move to get Travis Benjamin. Two of his highlights were against Trulo. One of them he is covered and facing an underthrown ball but battles Johnson for the reception. The second one he punks Johnson to gain separation. Johnson is awesome and rarely gets beat like this but Benjamin did it twice in one game.

Besides this, he could fill Steady's role opposite Austin on special teams and takeover when Austin suffers his annual injury issues.

I'd love to see him in horns.

This and the people that say Gaines beat out Tru22. Gaines replaced an injured Tru 22, and it would have been a competition last year had Gaines not been injured.

My only concern with Trumaine is the leg injuries.

His play on the field, even before this year, has been consistently good.

I think Tru is better than Jenkins but he much more injury prone than Jenkins which could be a problem.

Interesting... I was born/raised in RI - Westerly, to be exact.... Bobby Orr and Bruin mania were the rage in 1970. Went to my first game at Fenway in '67, they day the sox won the pennant... great sport town that Boston is. (Patriots sucked back then) ...became a Roman Gabriel and Ram fan. Joined the Navy and live on the west coast now. I do miss the quaintness of RI...

And Doug Baldwin, Jordan Reed, Antonio Brown, Malcolm Floyd, James Jones, Randall Cobb, Torrey Smith, Mike Evans....

Lotta fairly good #2 receivers out there outside of the #1's he also covered. .
Not all teams are the Rams.

I hope the refs continue to recognize his length and and not flag him for those reach around deflections. Most 5'9" guys will get called for PI on that every time. Thumbs up zebras. Don't change.
