I dont know who's going to win this game but the Bills are not going to have 400 yards passing like some of their fans think. Our secondary is very good and I think we keep these guys under control unless we cant contain Josh Allen and he threatens to run on us. But I think we will contain him and make them dink and dunk until they either make a mistake or end up with 3. Either way I'm excited for this game and I think it'll be a good one.

Not so sure the Bills will shut down our run game. I expect we'll get some action on the ground and that left side should be live.:hope:

Rams at Bills: Odds, betting lines, picks and prediction
Prediction
Rams 26, Bills 24
Moneyline (?)
The Bills come into this one as the home favorites with the Rams once again traveling across the country for the second week in a row. It didn’t bother them last week and it hasn’t in the last three seasons, which limits the legitimacy of a home-field advantage for Buffalo – especially with no fans in attendance.
I like the RAMS (+105) in this one simply based on the coaching prowess of Sean McVay, who will draw up a game plan to counter the Bills’ stout defense.
Against the Spread (?)
Despite only going 9-7 last season, the Rams were good against the spread down the stretch. They’re 6-3-1 ATS in their last 10 games dating back to last season and covered in each of the first two weeks this year.
Getting 2 points is a bonus because the Rams can play with anyone and should at least keep it close with Buffalo, if not win outright. Take the RAMS +2 (-110).
Over/Under (?)
The Over/Under (46.5) is difficult to predict in this game because both offenses can put up points in a hurry, but their defenses are also among the best in the league. QB Jared Goff and QB Josh Allen have both been susceptible to turnovers in recent years and it’s reasonable to expect each to have at least one giveaway in this game.
I’m taking the OVER 46.5 (-110) and betting that both offenses turn this one into a shootout.

This is by far the best run D we've faced, and since the beginning of last year their overall defense is 2nd to the patriots in points allowed. With Milano and Edmunds back, their two starting LBs, their defense will be a huge challenge to run on. All the talk about how our OL will hold up in 3rd and longs, and if Goff can complete passes in known passing situations I feel will come to fruition this week. If the oline can run block our offense should keep rolling. If not, then it will be up to Goff to carry us in the passing game and complete passes without play-action and all the favorable situations McVay puts us in. This week will tell us a lot about how legit we really are.

Excluding QB rush attempts- Against the Bills The Jets ran the 14 times. The Dolphins 19 times.
Myles Gaskin had 7 for 46 = 6.6 YPC
Matt Breida had 7 for 37 = 5.3 YPC

Here's why I don't see them shutting down our running game either. First of all, our running game is
not a typical running game. It's not a "take the snap and handoff or pitch" type offense.
Our misdirection run game forces LB's to stay home longer before they can react.
The two teams the Bills have played this year are nowhere near as dedicated to their run game
as we are ours.
If the Dolphins had committed to their run game more, the outcome may have been different
Hell , the Jets 37yo Frank Gore even had 4.0 YPC.
I will be surprised if our run game isn't clicking on, per usual.

I'm expecting J.Allen to make a few big plays but also create a couple big plays for our D.

Im excited for this game, Bills have a really good defense and a playmaker at QB. It's going to be a really good test for McVay/McConnell and Staley...

It's gonna be tough no doubt. We're gonna punt some more. I expect that. But also I think there's a big difference in Edmunds and Milano. Milano looks like a nickelbacker to me. A good one, and one that can win some plays in coverage but he's not feared in the run game. The meat in that run stopping sandwich is Edmunds.

You're right though, that this is a really good measuring stick type matchup. I'm gonna be grillin like it's the playoffs. :fire:+:seahawk:+:beer2:+:helmet: ahh yeeeuh.

Not the most informative, but I was able to pick up some info on The Bills strength, weaknesses and injury situations.

I found myself chuckling a little because he sounds like he’s talking himself into the Bills beating us... as opposed to annihilate us. :D

I mean he says... they were torched by Fitzpatrick and Miami in the passing game... they almost lost because of that... and the Rams are incredibly deep at WR, TE, yada yada...

But that doesn’t translate to the Rams torching them in the passing game, also? So... again.... we get annihilated?

I didn’t hear any winning argument to why we’d get annihilated.

Allen played against Miami and the jets And everyone’s talking about him like he’s all of a sudden Tom Brady (who I hope tears his labia this weekend). My kids 11u baseball team could beat the jets and phins and probably pass for more yards than Allen did.
