Why Henderson, not Gurley or Brown, got crucial carry late vs. Panthers

It's clear McVay is playing more situational football this year. He needs to know what he has in Henderson. It's clear he's not a bell cow every down RB. I still say use him as a jet sweep option. As good as Woods is, IMO Henderson is a bigger threat running that outside play.

Have we seen Henderson block anyone yet?

In preseason, Henderson did well in blitz pickup from what I can recall. I do recall one play where he held up well against a blitzing LB.
