We've all seen guys talking it up before games, pumping up the team and getting them ready or even during the games when there are big moments. Maybe it isn't a player maybe its a coach?

Is there someone like that on this team? Does a good team need one?

Ray Lewis, Hunter Pence, Marshall Faulk?????

Who is the guy and why don't I know about him in this role?

Chris Long is mentioned a lot as a leader... Foles appears to be working toward that role on offense (seems they haven't really had one on offense in forever... SJax migh have been the last one).

JL55 and Long have been the leaders for this defense for a while, and it shows given they play a thousand times better with them in than with them out.

As for our offense, that remains as big of a blank as it's always been. Looks like Foles is trying to step up and take that role.

JL and Long have been "IT" for some time. But I think, on Offence, Gurley, by his play, is really starting to inspire the Team!!:D

Tavon is emerging on the O or at least he has lately.
Check out that show Inside the NFL on Showtime & NFLN....Tavon was yelling "LETS GOOOOOO!" during last game...pumped me up at home...Think that lil dude is getting major respect...If I could put his ability & attitude in Quick's body......

Janoris Jenkins, obviously.

I could see it becoming Gurley and Ogletree as the ones firing everyone up in a few years.
