From a performance/value vs cap hit perspective… who is the Rams biggest bargain on the 2023 roster, right now?

AD @ any cost.
2nd cost vs expense from that list may just be Ernest Jones

Durant or Avila (if he’s a real deal). IMO

Cam Akers
Welp - at what point do The Rams try to resign Akers?

2 years ago around this time he got hurt working out on his own after OTA’s.
Last season he & D.Henderson came into training camp out of shape.
—He is only 23 years old & on the last season of his contract. When The Rams resigned Todd Gurley to that huge contract he still had a season left on his contract.Same as Jared Goff.AD99 held out,but is probably The HARDEST WORKING player in The NFL.

Wonder about Jared Goff’s future in The NFL? Matthew Stafford is at The Highest level he maybe at least n his career? I’m a believer in Veteran QB’s. He has seen everything in his career & NOW put in an excellent position to Succeed!!!
—If Cam Akers is all that then The Rams future looks bright. The question is what is his value & at what point do The Rams pull the trigger?IMO after training camp & during the preseason if he LOOKS like he is that Guy?

Cobie Durant could be the biggest value looking at that.

Ernest Jones and Van Jefferson stand out too.

If Aleric Jackson turns out to be a future mainstay on the OL, he’s a major bargain this year—he’s coming in under $1M cap hit for 2023.

Ethan Evans....Punter, Holder, Kick Off Specialist and if the kick is longer then 55 Yards...What a bargain.

I mean, hard to determine without seeing their production but if we hit on one of the edge rushers, I don't know how you don't pick them since it's such a premium position and they'll be on a rookie contract.

absolutely. If he could only stay healthy he probably could be a decent backup at either tackle, but that hasn't been the case
train
Time will tell his true worth.
Just got done with his 1st year and n what? A 4 year contract?

Don’t know what your thoughts were when Saffold was signed & injured all the time?

I’ve heard Mcvay say at least twice that he is excited to see Noteboom get back & healthy. Then he threw me a curve ball.Talked about the possibility of him moving inside to guard as to getting the Best 5 on the grass together.
Makes me think he might be a swing backup? IMO he will be the starting LT. I like Steve Avila at LG & a.Jack at RG.My thought though now is A.Jack will be on the LEFT SIDE?

Just to finish my point up too is A. Jackson might be The Rams Best Value.Especially if he starts at LT? A UDRFA starting at LT? Is there much better value in The NFL than that ? Big IF!!

Kupp. 3rd round pick and when he had his record breaking year his pay was well below what that year was worth.
