With all the gnawing of teeth and lamentation... nobody sheds a single tear for David Edwards?

Seriously though, hope his head is okay. Best of luck and thanks for the SB.

I know we lost depth on the o-line and that sucks. Chances are everyone is just gotten used to everyone leaving. AD, Kupp and Staff must feel like this....

As the core and leaders of the team, I am sure they have been clued in and are not being blindsided.

He did not look good last season. Not having big whit next to him exposed a lot of his weaknesses
Yeah, it really was a lost season for Edwards.

He was solid years prior, seemed to have the work ethic being a regular guy at Whitworth’s garage… then BOOM. In 2022 his play slips and he can’t stay healthy.

I noticed quite a few of the free agents we lost have signed one year deals. That might say something about the talent we let get away. Or lack of talent.

Left a 5 win team heading downhill to join one of the final eight playoff teams from last year.

Smart move by Mr Edwards and good luck to him when not playing the Rams.

How much have the concussions played into his regression?

He could improve if he stays away from more concussions and his head clears.

At this point, it's time for the Rams to move on.

Probably, but the Rams should have also acquired a 'pure' OG type somewhere along the line and seen what Edwards might have done as an OT. jmo.

I guess the Rams play their 5 best guys. Never been a huge fan of cross training but I guess it works for the Rams. Didn't really need him at RT with big rob there but might have saved some money there too so there's that. JMO
