What is the best pop up blocker/eliminator?

I know there are some computer saavy dudes on here. I have recently been besieged with all kinds of pop ups. I have my windows pop up blocker on the highest setting and I am still getting adds and my pop notice is coming on everytime I click something.

I ran spybot three times and got rid of the stuff that was on there but this is still happening. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Adblock and it does great. Is Adblock Plus really any better than the regular?

Yeah, it covers more ground. But I have them both installed anyway, so....

Well that has helped. I was thinking I may have a virus but the scan came up empty. The only thing affected is the Internet and when I go to Remove Programs they don't all seem to be there, like it is hiding stuff. This forum was all wonky too. I would post and it acted as though it locked up. The typing was getting jumpy too. I've had constant pop ups. I never had them like this before. Anytime I clicked on anything, like the alert tab, or the reply tab a pop up or three was there. The Ad blocker is working but I still need to figure what is wrong. Spybot keeps showing icrossrider and I delete it but it comes back. Plus it lists some toolbar that I can't seem to find. This is going to take some work to figure out.

Check your extensions, there might be something there(besides AdBlock). AdBlock and AdBlock Plus are great. They'll definitely help.
