Expectations are so high for the season it almost seems like game 1 vs the Rams can make or break us. My biggest worry is how well the Offense will do without Daboll calling the shots. Will the cannon arm of Josh Allen still prevail. The team itself has only gotten better from a roster standpoint, but we all know how important coaching is in the game of football.

Is anyone getting a little nervous yet?

      Nervous? Yes.
Not because Daboll. More worried that our cornerbacks are going to have to play really well. I’m hoping that the upgraded DLine can make their lives easier.

I like to tell myself Von Miller has a few tells for us on handling Stafford.

Excitement is quickly turning to anxiety. 2 more sleeps.

Im also nervous as shit. This is like a superbowl preview.

Not nervous at all. They have everything to prove. Rams could drop this and still defend their title.

Only concerns for me are this OL facing a good front game one, and our right side contain.

If they give Stafford time Rams gonna put up a lot of points in this one.

We got this...only question is the win by one TD or two?
I'm with Loyal. The Rams usually come out very strong on opening day, they are super bowl underdogs at home (cannot believe this!) so we know they will play great, and they are going to be crowned SB champions I believe, so they will be pretty pysched. Go Rams!

PS - And the home crowd should be 100% LA... FINALLY! So the boys should be into it.

Not shocked the Rams are underdogs, the Buffalo Bills are the media darlings everybody loves them. They are a small market team, that has built through the draft and most feel that got shafted last year, even though they game up a FG with just seconds left in the game.

The Bills have a stout defense against the run and can rush the passer, their offense is predicated on their dual threat QB leading the way. Major challenge for the new look offensive line of the Rams plus the defense ensuring the are disciplined into not allowing Allen to get outside contain.

The Madden simulation had it 31-3 Bills, let's hope it's better then that.

I am hoping by the time this one is over I will have a nice avatar of Bills fans leaving SoFi early in droves. I want to witness them crushing the Bills, see them driven from SoFi, and hear the lamentation of their women.

Is T.White no longer there? Why the talk about their secondary? Is he hurt or gone? Cause, if hes playing....hes taking away some of the field

On IR first 4 weeks of season at least. Still recovering from ACL tear late last season.

I'll be honest, I'm def nervous about this game. They usually start fast. I'm hoping we're up to the task. Not to mention the prospect of having a superbowl hangover, and the Bills out for blood this season. Hope we packed our lunches.

IMO their secondary is their Achilles heel. They will have a hard time covering Kupp and Robinson. I think McVay might go with 12 personnel. Use Hopkins to chip Miller then get into the route. Also, it would probably allow them to play strictly zone, i.e. outside and inside zone in their run blocking. If the Rams can start running on them their secondary won't hold up against Kupp, Robinson and Higbee. I see them playing zone most of the game, and Kupp and Robinson should eat it up.

The key for the Rams is to play a clean game. That's the only way I see them losing.

As John Madden might have said.... this could be a lunch bucket game!!! :dizzy:
