They started flexing some games around between the networks. I forget exactly why they did this though, might have been part of the Fox getting TNF. I’ll have to dig that up again? What’s up with CBS carrying Rams away games? Should be a Fox crew

This site has an article about it. Cross flexing games to bring "under distributed" games to a wider audience. Sounds like when Fox or CBS has the 2 best games of a week they'll move one to the other network so each network gets a good game. I've noticed they've moved games to help each network.I think it had more to do with Fox having overall bigger markets on average and thus higher rated games. So in the last TV deal they decided to let some games get swapped between networks to even out that disparity.
I looked at my tv guide app this morning and it says rams vs 9ers at 3:25 on ch 4 (cbs i think) and im in st louis.
