No matter the size of a wounded animal if cornered and any fight in it you will get all you can handle. When faced with starting a season 2-0 you will see a real team dig much deeper , especially at home. This will not be as easy a game as it seems most think it will be. Don't want to do anything but temper your attitudes going in to this game where Everyone has us favored when that Never happens.

Go rewatch last weeks game and tell me how totally dominant we were ALL through the game. This skins team is tough on a very,very different "D" that we beat with an 18 point quarter last season before we folded up for the year. If the skins qb is talented in getting rid of the ball in 2.5 seconds all game as some skins fans claim is his biggest claim to fame. I saw Mich. ST. win the big 10 and their bowl game with this qb on hail mary passes. He can be one very lucky guy. I remember his senior season well. He had some really good college games.

I know our OL will be challenged and we don't know how Masons Hammy will hold up when the Bullets are flying on a bad field to cut on from a guy who loves to plant his foot before making his sharp cut. Benny seemed to make the spin in just the right direction out of tackles on 3rd down. Our run game is still suspect. Jump me if you just watched the shehag game again.

We took it very easy this week at practice and I'm glad we get our starting CB back. The panthers were'nt as lucky as Luke Kueuchly is still out for tomorrows game after his concussion. The offensive line for the skins has one rookie and he was the 1st OL taken in the draft surrounded by many aged veterans. On the other hand our OL MUST continue the climb upward in playing a different type "D" we struggled against last season.

I think we should expect a very tight game that may open up in the second half if we just keep chopping wood every possesion. We did'nt have an Int. last week but we had fumbles. Will the refs treat us as bad? I think the first half will be two heavy weights feeling each other out with lots of punts unless Cignetti continues to impress us with his positive adjustments and the pure grit Nick Foles showed specifically on 3RD downs.

We are a better "DL" than the phins came into that game with Suh and got no push. We know we will get push but will it get to Cousins on time? They will have focused on early releases all week. The cutback lanes were open last year against the skins and we need the gang tackling we had last week. Will we be as high not at home and not against a major rival we focused on since the day the schedule came out? Can we get that high again on the road?

I predict we might pull away very late if we come out and swap blows and we must keep hitting them in the mouth. MY main point. THEY WILL GET DESPERATE AT SOME POINT IN THE GAME. We will have to take the very best their team has inside them NOT TO GO 2-0 to start the season. They nor anyone will do anything to avoid that. DO WE WANT 2-0 worse than they don't want to be 0-2? So the high risk unnatural play will take place at sometime in this game from them.

The skins dropped 2-3 right in thier hand interceptions and actually led 10 to 0 agaist the phins. They allowed a pnt return and 10 points late in a VERY HARD fought game with Cousins 21-31. I like high energy but not overconfidence. Just prepare to possibly see a very close fought game. I think we get a break and have a good 4th quarter if we escape the Injuries. Really hope we bring a real good scheme on O & D. The skins are gonna fight us HARDER than they did the phins. We will see desperation and we must hold solid. We had a great week of celebration. Its been GREAT. Now lets get ready to put a wounded animal out of its MISERY. GO RAMS!!! NO INJURIES!!!

Nah man. Every bad team is a "wounded animal." There are games you have to win if you're going to be a good team.

There are no easy games in the NFL, especially on the road! If the Rams don't play as well or possibly even better than they did last week they will probably lose and the cycle will start again.:mad:

If the Rams lose to WASH Fisher and Snead should be fired and they should just cut Foles.

Has anyone, anyone at all put some thought into 1. Ryan tanahill 2. Suh plays when Suh wants 3. Phins just not as good as advertised.

Tomorrows game will show us what kind of team we are. Do we take every team seriously and play with fire even when we aren't the underdog or do we sleep on people and play down to the competition?

We all know which is the better team but any given Sunday you can slip up if you aren't in the right mindset.

All GREAT points and it was one game. So no one really knows if the phins are mostly to all hype as if you watched the skins VS phins game you saw a game where the skins were ahead most of the game and also dropped 2 Very Easy Interceptions in thier hands. The skins know they had a ton of what if's from that game.

I personally want to focus everything on what the skins DO have in thier favor and compare it to the team we DID already play. The skins have a better OL than the shegals IMPO. You can easily disagree. I also think Bennett and Avril are very solid and I think that the two OLB's we face tomorrow are not household names but Barksdale gave up a sack or two and G. Rob. is our weakest spot on the OL and with a 3-4 they will be trying to confuse him. You know they will.

I think the Mob Squad when motivated are the best in the league and we had a fast start finally. Mob Squad faces a much better OL than what the shegals had. These two points are enough to pique my interests for tomorrow. I think we have the better team and want momentem to help us. Leadership will be key for us. Will we be gang tackling? Big Plays ? We scored 18 points in the 3RD quarter last season and won 24 to 0 .

So I see a close slugfest early leading to a different second half game again. I just hope the BEST TEAM WINS. No freak plays and referee nonsense we see too often. I want to keep driving this Bandwagon. I think something SPECIAL is FINALLY happening. I just think we may have a tough slugfest to start the game. Not trying to rain on anyones parade. It should be 2-0 and I don't care if its OT again as long as we get the W. NO INJURIES.

I was curious, so I check, In last years 24-0 shut-out over the 'skins, here are some points;
* Shaun Hill passed for 2 TD's
* Zuerlein Kicked a FG
* Tavon had a PR for 78 Yds. and aTD!
*Our "D" had 7 Sacks by 6 different Players!( JL & Quinn had 1.5 Ea.)
* Thae Rams rushed 30 Times for 131 Yds.
* And we had 11 penalties to The Redskins 5!

I think we are a MUCH better Team this Year!;)

I think THIS game and how the team plays/ responds is even bigger than the SEA game. I REALLY hope these guys aren't feeling themselves so much that they lose sight of the bigger picture. An uninitiated group will no doubt lose this kind of game. I'd like to think these guys have had enough letdowns and coulda/shoulda/woulda games to understand this is a MUST WIN.

That being said. I'm fucking pumped up for this game. Got me a 60% discount on my SUnday Ticket and ready to rock and roll!!!!

Washington's oline might be better than Sea but I doubt they face another defense like ours this year.Wash got a dose of our defence in transition last year and got shutout this year they will see the finished product. I don't think this game is even close tbh I just hope our guys come out focused.

I have to admit that think this game scares me more than it does to most Rams fans! I think the key to this game is going to be how the Rams contain the Redskins Alfred Morris and their Running game! If the Redskins can run on the Rams defense (No easy task!) that could make life a lot easier for Kirk Cousins. But, if the Rams can contain Morris and force Cousins to throw more than he wants to then I think it could be a very long day for Cousins and the Redskins.
