MOTHERFUCKING IDIOTS

I won't post the video here... because I don't want people to share in my fury.

The Refs had no fucking clue. Verse had stripped the ball waaaaaaay before they had ruled anything or blew any whistle. like a good 2 seconds before.

It was so bad.

Clueless fuckheads.

If it was the home team who had picked up that ball and started running, all five refs, including the ones holding the first down sticks would have ran down field with him with their arms up in the air to signal touchdown.

Didn't the same thing happen in the whiners game? Quick whistle cost the Rams their first lead of the game by blowing the ball dead, even though they are supposedly told to let plays go on because they can be fixed by replay? The kickoff fumble that the Rams returned for a TD.

Let's all watch that beautiful goal line stand.

And that ridiculous whistle while Andrews was still trying to move forwards. He wasn't going backwards, that's for sure.

BTW, on 4th down Henry took the wrong option. When the two options are running forwards into Reeder or running sideways into verse, the obvious choice is to keep running forwards over Reeder.

its happend at least 4 of 6 games now that I can remember! Every time we get a turnover, they fuck us!

When it happened I wanted Verse to keep running. If the player runs that fumble all the way down to score, then it is easier to admit your initial take was wrong and change it in the event NY weighs in or McVay throws his flag or whatever. Also it gives the refs time to look at each other with that confused look they often have and figure out if they fucked up.

Whereas if he stops and spikes it in frustration like Verse did, you can't really admit fault because where would you place the ball. That would make them look stupid.

So generally speaking if you scoop what you think is a live ball run that thing the other way. It's kind of like firing off if you're on the OL and the defender crosses into the neutral zone.

I can nearly guarantee that if a Ram's linebacker had punched CMC in the head on his way to the end zone and he fumbled, it would have been a personal foul with 1st and goal on the half yard line. Of course, if our kicking game was competent, we would have kneeled down and kicked a 19 yard FG to win the game. :angry4:

I'm confused. Can a play called dead be challenged by a team? That's the 2nd time the Rams have been screwed by this in the last 3 games.

That can be the only reason Mcvay isn't throwing the red flag.

No, once a play is blown dead or called down by contact, it's not reviewable. That's why the officials are supposed to "let stuff happen" because turnovers are automatically reviewed.

Can’t argue that logic, but I think Verse “set him up” to bounce outside. He initially bull rushed two blockers and forced them towards the inside, causing henry to bounce outside. Once Verse planted his left foot while shoving the blockers inside, he immediately changed direction and looked to cover the edge.
“Gotcha!” Henry was caught.

I believe the play could have been changed had Verse (upon review) secured the ball prior to the whistle being blown.
Because it WAS blown, there would have been no advancement of the football. The best the Rams could have done there was be awarded the ball at the 1.
