I was noticing many Rams players seemed to be having issues with cramping against the Chiefs Monday night. Considering the Rams were training at high altitude in a very dry climate, and the increased rate one has to breathe to get enough oxygen, I am wondering if that led to dehydration issues and the resultant cramping. Just a thought.

Altitude does that. You get more oxygenated red blood cells, but dehydration is real.

It was pretty damn cold... Rams don’t play night games frequently...I can see why cramping and even dehydration is a huge issue...
