I mean, leaked sex videos are probably lowest on the totem pole of issues the NFL cares about its players being involved in. She's only seeking monetary damages and there's no legal repercussions outside of that so this likely won't be an issue that'll effect his status as a player. Does make him out to look like a selfish dick though.

Yep. If Miller did what she reports. He had malicious intent which at the minimum makes it a civil case. You have a action, motive(intent), and victim three cornerstones of a crime.
