Von Miller anyone?

Looks like Elway feels Von could have played better this past season, and now Von's mom has something to say. Denver is not going anywhere anytime soon without a QB, perhaps the Rams can take on Von for a draft pick. Thoughts?

He is still an elite OLB and slightly pass prime at 29 years. Would a team only be liable for the $17m/year salary for the next 3 years of his current contract? It looks like a lot of his contract is tied up in bonus $$$.
