Verizon Fios Vs Directv

Thinking about switching from DTV to Fios. Other than the Sunday Ticket I see no reason to continue with DTV.

Has anyone made the switch and how do you like either service?

Can I stream Rams games from NFL.com from lap top to tv with HDMI cable and how much does it cost thru NFL?

Last I knew, the NFL didnt have the option to watch the games live.

I switched from DTV to Fios, the internet is much faster and the boxes work much better imo.

You can stream on Firstrow, just get ad blocker plus. plug your laptop into the tv and enjoy games at your pad. Ive been doing it for the past 2-3 years, you just gotta find a good link for the game your trying to watch and again ad blocker plus is a must or else you will be invaded with pop ups.

You can get Sunday ticket on PS3's and I believe Xbox too.

I have Fios, works well. Like you said, other than Sunday ticket, it doesn't make a difference. But then again, I can get it through Playstation

I haven't had a gaming system since the first play station came out... Won that in a dart tourney as a door prize
