This is obviously a wish list of sorts, and not anything the athletic department or search committee put together. Quite honestly, I was kinda shocked to see him ranked that high, though.

Some coaches fit college, some fit the NFL.

College coaches can be dictators and interpersonal skills are less important. In the pros, you have to manage the personalities and it takes skill to build teamwork.

Fisher's leadership better fits the pro game.
