Yep, it always happens to the teams that dwell in the cellar too long. Having to pay all those high picks big money over the years. That will begin to change soon due to the new rookie pay scale and the fact that the RAMS are coming out of the cellar baby!!!!! :wewt:

Does this number account for the total rookie pool cap hit? Or does it only reflect the ones that have signed?

They haven't been the worst team in the league over the last half decade, having multiple high draft picks during highest payed era of the uncapped rookie draft. How about that
