Was curious what odd foods you guys like so figured I'd ask. Maybe you'll give me some new things to try.

For me I guess it'd be chicken hearts. Love them to death. Grilled or sautéed in a pan with some teriyaki marinade and cooked on high heat till a little crispy. Fucking delicious!! Just wish they were easy to get here in the states. They are in supermarkets in israel and a normal thing over there . If you ever get a chance try them out. Tried gizards and hated them lol.

I want to try other hearts and see how they hold up against them.

Wow me people!

My wife and I like to go out to sushi and order extra so we can make Japanese breakfast in the morning. A sushi chef friend of mine turned me on to the idea one night at his restaurant.

You take leftover salmon, Hamachi, and Ikura - disassemble them and take the seaweed wrap (I keep extra around to add to the tea) and boil that in water, add a little Wasabi, and a touch of soy or sea salt to make a type of green tea. Then I take the fish and roe (Ikura) and the rice and put it in a bowl. Then you just pour the hot tea over the top to make kind of a soup. It is one of my favorite breakfasts on the planet.

Beef bone marrow
To me it's the greatest thing in the entire world - looks so disgusting but on a piece of nicely toasted bread and a touch of olive oil and garlic it's insanely good

Ha! I texted @Selassie I a picture of some I had at a restaurant a couple months ago. It's like beef flavored butter. I love marrow. My dad and I used to race to see who could get their spoon into the O-bone first. Unfortunately, he almost always won.

Hummus. I'll make a sandwich with it and then use it to clean off that oil slick in my garage. It's a multipurpose type of food. :)

I'm always texting food pics to @RamFan503 . I do all the cooking in our house and food gets me way more excited than it should lol. Anyway, I didn't really think that one of my favorite foods in the world is unusual at all. I've been eating it since I was in 1st grade and our neighbors would catch some fresh everyday just about. Well, I also text a pic of the dinner I had just cooked to Brudda @CGI_Ram.... and he told me straight away that he wouldn't be eating any of it ever LOL. So maybe this might seem "Unusual" to some. I just made this like a week ago when I shot them the pics.

Octopus is just so delicious to me. I used to eat it raw when our neighbors would catch them... they are awesome "right out of the water" fresh. I still eat it all the time when we go out for sushi. But I also really like it grilled. It gets a crispy outside and the inside is just a perfect texture (kinda soft) if cooked right. You have to cook it in the oven for almost an hour in a white vinegar mixture first. Then I throw it on a very hot grill for about 5 minutes per side (coated in olive oil of course). I put a balsamic vinegar and oil mixture on it with some very thin sliced onion, fresh parsley, and capers. Blast it with some lemon juice and eat it HOT off the grill. This shit shouldn't be legal..

I love octopus and squid tentacles. Frog legs are another delicacy that I enjoy. When I can get an elk burger from Fudrucker's, I always take that option.

Buffalo Chile.....talk about melt in your mouth meat. I get ground buffalo cubes and toss them into my Chile fixings in the slow cooker. Very good stuff! YUMMY! and low in bad cholesterol.

Squirrel. Shot them, skin and gut them stick, them on a skewer and roast them over a fire. A little horseradish and Bon appetite. A bottle of " Oak'd wine is the perfect compliment.

I genuinely eat haggis all the time and it's delicious. Someone told me it's illegal in some States but not sure if we was winding me up...!
