There is a lot said about how important team chemistry is in sports. How has the Rams Oline worked to build that chemistry outside the normal practices? Do you guys hang out together?

We hang out to gather often. It gets difficult at times because some guys have family obligations, but we do go to dinner once a week and watch a lot of film together outside of work hours and also have other random adventures through out the season.
