I just logged in to post this, but I should have known The Dude would be on top of shit.

Good interview, and I agreed with much of what he said... BUT, well, he does make some assumptions or speculate (I may be using the wrong word). I guess he asks us to assume something that is logical to him.

I worry that some people will dismiss him with no consideration because some of what he points out is not able to be proven, because for some reason there is no evidence of any filming... if only someone had gotten their hands on something like a bunch of videotapes full of evidence. Too bad nothing like that ever existed :bummed:

Keep talkin' this up! Don't stop!

Tyoka's points....

1. Rams beat Cheatriots in Boston earlier during that SB season
2. Cheatriots has opponent-taping system in place at least as early as 1999 season.
3. Cheatriots could have taped Rams signals during earlier regular season game in Boston
4. Rams installed plays for SB that they had never run before SB and Cheatriots knew them.
5. Cheatriots were checking to correct defenses when Rams were runnig plays they had never run before. Typically a team needs at least one-quarter or one-half to adjust to opposition's new plays/formations.
6. Responding to Grant Wistrom's claim that running plays the day before the game was "dumb", Tyoka said Saturday afternoon walkthru's were standard operating procedure.
7. This was the greatest offense I'd ever seen and all of a sudden we get into the game and we can't move the ball.
8. On defense we saw offensive calls that we'd never seen before and formations/play-calls that were perfect (he repeats this twice) against our defense. They couldn't run the ball all year and all of a sudden they're running the ball up-and-down the field on us.
9. We had the best team. Watch how many hall-of-famers come off their team and see how many HOFers come from our team.
10. I thought something was weird when I was on the sidelines watching our Offense not able to move the ball against them, and I thought it was weird when I was on defense and they were moving the ball against us.
11. I played against this [Rams] offense in 1999 when I was on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and here is the 2001 Cheatriots playing better defense against the Rams than the 1999 Bucs defense did, and the Rams 2001 offense was better than the Rams 1999 offense.
12. As long as the Cheatriots continue to deny that they cheated, then this issue will not go away.
13. If you're taping signal, why would you only tape Offensive signals? It makes sense that the Cheatriots taped BOTH offensive and defensive signals.
14. Universal disdain for the Cheatriots by players leaque-wide.
15. I just could not understand how that roster could win so many games [over the years] with such an average roster. When Spygrate broke it all finally made me sense to me. Ever since they stopped Belicheat from Spygate the Cheatriots have stopped winning SB's.
16. Mangini is the one who ultimately turned-in the Cheatriots, after leaving to become the coach of the Jets.
17. Am I bitter, absolutely!

Ugh. A lot of that ^^ is going to come off like sour grapes. The one point to the from the is #15. How were they able to dominate for so long with what many consider an inferior roster. Who knows, maybe they are just that well coached and more talented than they get credit for. Hard to make sense of it though...
