“Yeah, I go by ‘Rock’. I pretty much took on that name once I got to South Carolina.”
(On his playing career)
“Well, basically it was a long process. I went from two different junior colleges and one D-1 A school, which was UAB (University of Alabama-Birmingham). And things didn’t shake out because of…it was like a class I took in ninth grade that was basically what …I ever had, so I ended up being non-qualified for the NCAA, but it was like once I got on campus and I pretty much ended up at Georgia Military and it just went from there.”
