We have a place there now that we rent in Coppell Texas. So we understand the cost during the real dog days of summer. Although 68 is what most people keep it at, just having fun with blood thinning like I have with the family we have down there. One of my best friends lives in Texas and works for Dell.
Between the people who moved there during COVID and all the data centers going up there, power prices are getting INSANE.
Unless you’re living underground, getting it down to 65 will cost you a MINT!!!
Besides we should be able to conserve when living there full time during November thru March.
