Not complaining - clearly, the pros far outweigh the cons - but you can just see how McVay falls in love with a player and they more or less trade against themselves and their desperation and tunnel vision are so well known around the league that they will always get taken on trades. And im not sure if you take a 10 year snapshot their drafting warrants such conviction in their myopia. Oh well. 2021 Champs.

I don't disagree, but I will admit that the last two years give McSnead a lot of leeway in trusting their judgement.

Cool, good watch.

Odd seeing/hearing so much Tony Pastoors - almost like they reshot the episode and stuck in Pastoors so they could edit out one or more of the guys who left. I don't know if he actually does anything with the talent evaluation/development side of the operation.
