Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert should be a lot lower. They haven't won shit yet. Campbell and Goff have at least gotten to the Conference Finals, so they should be at four. Only other coach and QB I think could be rated higher is Taylor and Burrow...but I don't have faith in Taylor as a HC.
